the wizarding world have created their own IM system, wmm. alot similar to the current day, msn, it has all the regular features that you can use to contact your friends over the web. so feel free to go wild and use it

Below the levels of the school lie the potions room, Slytherin Common Room, Hufflepuff Common Room and Snapes Staffroom

the ground level floor of the school holds the great hall, broom closests, it leads outside and also houses filch and his mangy cat.

the first floor holds some classrooms and a few teachers offices, it is a long walk from most of the common rooms. but is still a comfortable distance from the grounds and the great hall.

this floor contains the haunted girls bathroom, one which is constantly out of order thanks to moaning myrtle, a few other offices and classrooms here

housing the trophy room which holds valuable trophies and medals gained over the years, and some amazing history is held in this room. the charms classroom is here also.

a safe haven for those library lovers, stick your nose in a book and retreat to your favourite reverie - also holding the staircase to the prefects private bathroom.

and finally you arrive at the prefects bathroom, and how gorgeous this bathroom is, the fifth floor doesnt hold to much - much other than the bathroom. so take a breather prefects and enjoy.

the boys bathroom is located here, and yes it is quite a walk from any of the common rooms but you better not leave your bladder until its near bursting, a few empty classrooms and offices.

this floor holds some secret rooms like the room of requirements, also the stairs leading up to gryffindor and ravenclaw tower - and also the astronomy tower.

the towers are mainly homes, the gryffindor and ravenclaw commons, the headmasters office, the owlry. you can head up here when you need to get to certain areas.

one of the major props of the triwizard tournament we learnt that this lake holds many more creatures than we expected, mermaids aswell as a giant squid, its nice to lounge by though.

out of bounds to all students, this forest is full of many dangers, wild creatures and things you wouldnt believe existed.

the game keeper of hogwarts, hagrid lives here in this hut with his big old dog. hes a friendly guy to most, but being half giant he scares people alot aswell.

home to one of the most popular games in the wizarding world, a game that needs skill and talent on the broom. its alot of fun and everyone loves it.

the lawns expand for ages through the castle grounds and right down to the gates that lead towards hogsmeade. a beautiful place when its snowing.

diagon alley is the main shopping district of the wizarding world, either come by floo powder or through a magical entrance, this place holds everything you need for school and extras.

the shopping district just down from hogwarts and where the hogwarts express arrives, this little town is a nice get away from the hectic school life

the homes of wizards that we all know and love, everyone needs a place to live over the summer so head to your home and say hi to whoever is home

the muggle world so much different to everything in the wizarding world, objects and tools you never knew existed litter the lands, your sure to be intrigued
